Academia americana de film a anuntat lista scurta de nominalizari in 10 categorii pentru premiile care vor fi acordate la anul.

Fiecare lista a fost stabilita prin voturile unei comisii din bransa respectiva (muzica, make up etc) cu exceptia nominalizarilor pentru cel mai bun film stain unde au votat reprezentantii tuturor breslelor din Academie.

Nominalizarile finale, dintre cei prezenti in aceste liste scurte, vor fi anuntate pe 24 ianuarie in timp ce cea de-a 95 editie a ceremoniei decernarii premiilor Oscar va avea loc pe 12 martie anul viitor.
